Job Description

The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract’s execution in Ukraine.
The key goals are:

To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by vessel and containersTo contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, agents, freight forwarders, terminals and carriers about execution mattersJob ResponsibilitiesExport contracts execution (SFO, SFM) by vessels and containersVessel nominations, doc instructions, cargo docs checking/confirming/deliveryInvoicing buyers, shipping documents checkingService invoices payingJob RequirementsHigher education, preferably economic/logistics At least 1 year experience in executionGood communication skillsAbility for cross-functional team workAdvanced/fluent English Result-oriented workstyleOther Required or Desirable AttributesGood team playerProactive, accurate and responsible attitudeAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks with limited deadlines
