Key Responsibilities:

Contact past customers via phone to request honest feedback and reviews. All leads will be provided Build rapport quickly and create positive, memorable interactions Guide customers through the review process Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and results Meet monthly review collection targets

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of phone and customer service experience Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully Responsibility and high emotional intelligence To be comfortable talking on the phone all day To be prepared to work remotely in the USA timezone Advanced or Fluent English Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
