You are our candidate if:
Proven team management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate people;Experience managing a team of 20 people in the field of customer experience and support;Strong understanding of customer experience and service quality;Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets;Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and strong organizational abilities.What you will be doing:
Leading and organizing the daily work of the customer service team for the German market;Ensuring the team consistently meets quantitative and qualitative performance targets;Providing expert support on international delivery services;Assisting in handling complex customer requests and escalations;Actively participating in the implementation and optimization of new processes for international shipments;Monitoring and preparing analytical reports for country CEOs and top management.We offer:
