About the Role:

We're looking for a Service Operations Engineer to join the company's Sales team, Located in Ukraine.
You'll work closely with sales team, supporting them with engineering knowledge and expertise.
Your focus will be on delivering monitoring services – from designing systems and installing equipment, to providing ongoing maintenance and upgrades which will impact in positive way in sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the implementation of service solutions, ensuring all service agreements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets.
• Lead service projects from the initial enquiry through to final delivery, which includes presenting, supervising installation, and commissioning of condition monitoring systems
• Identify opportunities for new service offerings and support local sales teams with technical expertise
• Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, machines, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (Masters preferred)
• Experience: Engineering background
• Skills:
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, with a team-oriented approach
  • Quick Learning capability and motivation
  • High level of EI (emotional intelligence) with customer focus (outside in).
  • Driving license (category B)
• Technical Expertise:
  • Experience with condition monitoring tools and techniques (especially vibration analysis and diagnostic)
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance and reliability engineering
• Advantageous, will be trained and developed:
