Salary:
USD 520–600/month, depending on the number of shifts
Paid monthly in USDC (cryptocurrency)
Schedule:
• 3 days on / 3 days off
• 17:00–01:00 (GMT-8)
• 8-hour shifts
About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will support customers in an international environment and work closely with an English- and Russian-speaking team.
This is a long-term, remote position with a stable schedule and clear expectations.
What you’ll do:
• Handle customer inquiries in English (written and spoken)
• Identify issues and provide effective, empathetic solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document cases accurately and follow internal processes
Requirements:
• Fluent English (C1–C2) — mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work the required GMT-8 evening schedule
