LoopMe is looking for an Integration Support Specialist to provide excellent technical support across our advertising operations. This role serves as a technical consultant, troubleshooting complex technical issues across LoopMe's programmatic advertising ecosystem, from integration challenges to campaign delivery optimization.As an Integration Support Specialist, you'll be the technical backbone supporting our global teams. You'll investigate and resolve sophisticated technical challenges across integrations, campaign delivery, and platform functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting & Support:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with live advertising campaigns, including delivery problems, impression discrepancies, and creative rendering issues
- Troubleshoot complex VAST/VPAID tags, and 3rd party creative configurations
- Work with GDPR compliance requirements, and mobile advertising specifications
- Serve as technical consultant when users encounter issues requiring broader technical expertise
- Submit detailed bug reports and feature requests to Product and Development teams
- Diagnose DSP/SSP integration problems across partners
- Understand and communicate all LoopMe publisher integration methods and identify common integration pitfalls
- Work closely with multinational teams across Ukraine, UK, and US time zones
- Bridge communication between different teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, support, QA or similar role
- Strong technical thinking and debugging methodology
- Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, RTB)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, tracking pixels, tags)
- SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Knowledge of Kibana or similar log analysis tools is a plus
