Our client is a leading European crypto processing company providing regulated digital asset payment solutions to partners and merchants across multiple jurisdictions. The business operates at scale, working with a broad ecosystem of third-party partners, service providers, and counterparties, and places strong emphasis on risk management, transparency, and regulatory alignment.
The Third-Party Due Diligence & Risk Analyst will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and due diligence on external partners across the crypto processing ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in protecting the company from regulatory, operational, and reputational risks arising from third-party relationships. The position sits at the intersection of compliance, risk, and partner onboarding.
Perform due diligence reviews on third-party partners, including KYB/KYC checks, corporate structure analysis, and risk profiling
Assess third-party risks across operational, regulatory, reputational, and financial dimensions
Review and validate partner documentation, licenses, ownership structures, and control frameworks
Support onboarding and periodic reviews of partners in line with internal risk management standards
Identify red flags and escalate higher-risk cases with clear, well-documented risk rationales
Maintain accurate due diligence records and risk assessments in internal systems
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams on third-party risk decisions
Monitor changes in partner risk profiles and support ongoing risk monitoring processes
Experience or strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks
Previous exposure to due diligence, partner onboarding, compliance, or risk roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services
Familiarity with crypto-related tools, data sources, and risk assessment methodologies
Ability to analyze complex corporate and ownership structures
Strong written and spoken English
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Sound judgment and ability to assess risk objectively
Clear written communication and structured documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
