Intetics Inc. is seeking a talented SAGE Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, implementing, and optimizing SAGE solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Sage ERP modules according to business requirements.
• Translate business processes into system configurations and workflows.
• Set up forms, permissions, workflows, integrations, and automation rules.
• Integrate Sage with external systems and databases (via APIs, middleware, or 3rd-party tools).
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Support end users and provide training when needed.
• Prepare system documentation, configuration specifications, and process descriptions.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Sage ERP (Sage 100 / 200 / X3 or other Sage products).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, and data structures.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, or ETL tools).
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
