We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Engineering to lead distributed teams, raise technical standards, and ensure world-class delivery across our project portfolio. You will be a playing-coach - someone who leads by example, provides hands-on guidance, and drives the culture of engineering excellence. Your role is pivotal to building high-performing, growth-oriented teams that deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
In this role you’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leaders of the majority team at Intellectsoft.

You’ve got solid 5+ years of software engineering leadership experienceProven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in consulting, outsourcing, or fast-paced product environmentsYou care deeply about growing people. You believe in unlocking potential through mentorship, coaching, and creating a culture of continuous learning.
