Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual with management-level experience in Salesforce. We are open to considering current Engineering Managers as well as Salesforce Leads or Architects located in Europe or LATAM region.

Qualifications

Strong technical background with 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform at a management level. Proven management experience in leading teams and projects. Experience in software architecture. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher). Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Resourcing Responsibilities

Build and manage an effective organization comprising 10+ employees, including establishing a robust managerial structure within the engineering group. Facilitate interactions between the engineering/resource groups and other units, as well as shared services within the company. Promote the company culture within the engineering group and enhance the company's image for external candidates and employees. Optimize and maintain the resource pool structure to support group development. Develop and implement a long-term engineering group development plan aligned with company strategy.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

Actively participate in pre-sales activities. Ensure the technical feasibility, commitment, and accurate estimations of solutions during the pre-sales process. Ensure successful transition from operations to projects, adhering to best practices of Capability.

Technical Responsibilities

Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of quality standards at the practice level. Ensure technical supervision of quality standards in projects, ensuring compliance by each team member.
