What we need:

— At least 2 years of experience in Ruby Development
— Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (4/5) framework
— Upper-Intermediate level of English
— Rspec/Minitest
— Experience in relational databases like MySQL
— Experience with Sidekiq or Resque or similar
— Experiences with search engines like Sphinx or Elasticsearch or similar
— Basic knowledge of Linux server administration and Nginx configuration
— Ready to follow community coding principles and understand SOLID
— Work commitment within Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork
— Self-motivated / open-minded

Desirable: 

— Profound SCSS knowledge
— 1+ years of commercial experience in HTML/CSS
— Familiarity with jQuery
— Understanding Docker
