REQUIREMENTS

Higher technical education (Computer Engineering or related field) Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership Deep understanding of software development processes Hands-on experience with C++, Linux, and single-board computers (ARM) Experience with Scrum, Jira, Git Strong strategic and analytical thinking

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in Automotive projects Background in product companies or startups Strong hands-on expertise with C++ Understanding of full-cycle technology product development — from concept to release Experience with custom hardware development

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the product development process (Scrum) Coordinate work across teams and different product areas Ensure quality, timelines, and efficiency of technical solutions Develop and mentor engineering teams, supporting their professional growth Shape the product vision and technical strategy Drive communication between engineering, product management, and other departments
