Main responsibilities:
The Country Safety Head (CSH) ensures that local Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities are performed in compliance with the applicable PV regulations and quality documents to warrant safe and appropriate use of Sanofi products in Ukraine and is the face of the PSPV organization in the country. In this role, the CSH for Ukraine:
Serves as the local Qualified Person Responsible for PV (QPPV) and local Contact Person responsible for PV (CPPV) for the State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.Is accountable for all PV related activities in Ukraine & ensures that the local PV team is properly trained to manage these activities.Operates as Local Safety Officer (LSO) by managing medical safety of assigned local products under the supervision of the Regions Medical Safety & Process Coordination Head.Ensures collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure required PV aspects are integrated into product launch and life-cycle management strategies.Provides guidance to the local PV team for the maintenance and optimization of the country PV system.Ensures inspection readiness of the PV systems in Ukraine.Oversees Ukraine country PV budget prioritization, resource allocation and outsourced activities.Ensures effective talent management through development and succession plans.Fosters synergies across the Europe PV country teams, with focus on Central South Europe PV teams and facilitates best-practice sharing to ensure efficient and proactive PV services in a cost-effective way.Builds & maintains successful collaboration with: Key PSPV stakeholders, such as other CSHs within the Regional PSPV organization.Local stakeholder team, including but not limited to Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Commercial, Legal, and Hungary/Greece/Ukraine (HGU) Cluster Head to support the business needs.Is expected to have a strong external interface with Ukrainian trade industry and Ukrainian regulators.Experience:Proven and sustained experience in Pharmacovigilance/Health-regulated activities, including strategic interactions with regulatory agencies.Managerial experience, successfully leading teams and ensuring compliance across diverse regulatory landscapes.Pursue .
