Job description

Your MissionDrive strategic growth across Ukraine. Take the lead in securing growth with MOD, agencies, regional administrations and donors. You will operate to strict ethics and senctions controls.
Key ResponsibilitiesSell to Ukrainian MOD, State Border Guard, State Emergency Service, regional and city administrations and international customers, foreign governments, foreign militaries and humanitarian organizationsCapture donor-funded work with UN agencies, EU instruments, USAID, World BankBuild relationships with vetted local partners for in-country executionLead bids and negotiations for life support, construction, logistics, healthcare, and waste in austere conditions

Requirements

RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in the public sector or donor sales in Ukraine with awarded contractsFluent in English, plus proficiency in UkrainianProven delivery or capture in conflict or post-conflict environmentsDemonstrated track record in securing multi-year service contracts (., logistics, facility management, construction, or supply chain services).

Working conditions

You have to be based around the Eindhoven office or in Kyiv, Ukraine. You have to travel across Ukraine and a presence at the Eindhoven office as conditions can be discussed and negotiated.
Salary from: €80000,- Salary to: €120000,-
