Responsibilities
Creating and executing regional sales strategies.Generating leads and developing opportunities from initial qualification to deal closure.Owning the end-to-end sales process; developing tailored proposals and closing high-value deals.Taking over newly signed clients and developing them further through upselling and exceptional service delivery coordination.Ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations; managing escalations and proactively mitigating delivery risks.Handling pricing discussions, renewals, scope changes, and margin management.Conducting regular governance sessions; leading QBRs to ensure satisfaction and surface new opportunities.Requirements
Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years.Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development.Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development.Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination.CRM and proposal/RFP process experience.Level of Arabic – Advanced and above.Level of English – Advanced and above.Desired skills
Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology.Reasons to join us
