What We’re Looking For:
• Proven B2B sales experience (experience in event tech, SaaS, or services is a big plus)
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to explain complex products clearly
• Experience with the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery to closing
• Confident communicator and negotiator; excellent presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and hit targets
• English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher); other languages are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage prospective clients across industries (B2B, enterprise)
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos (software and hardware)
• Develop and manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Work closely with internal teams (tech, project management, marketing) to shape client solutions
• Participate in RFPs and contribute to custom proposal development
• Ensure high-quality CRM management, sales reporting, and forecasting
• Build lasting client relationships that result in repeat business and referrals
