You will be joining a collaborative Sales Department that currently consists of 2 Sales Specialists and a team of world-class Marketing Experts.

You will identify and engage potential clients, build long-term partnerships, and promote our software development services.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, delivery, and executive teams to develop a scalable pipeline, close deals, and help tailor our value proposition to client needs.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development, and passion for technology and client success.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in an IT outsourcing or software development company; Proven ability to plan and execute business development projects, set up meetings with C-level executives and decision makers; Experience with presales activities, client communication, and preparing initial project documentation; Understanding of web and mobile software development life cycles and service delivery models; Excellent communication and presentation skills; C1 English (spoken and written); Based in Poland (preferably Warsaw); Positive track record.

WOULD BE A PLUS Existing network of warm leads or contacts relevant to the LaSoft industry; General understanding of the IT outsourcing business; Knowledge of Polish or German is a big bonus.
