Due to our explosive growth, the company has made moving to a comprehensive ERP and CRM system a top priority. We are now looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling these systems to support Fluent’s rapid expansion.

What you will do

• Map user requirements into effective MS Dynamics BC ERP solutions tailored to Fluent’s needs.
• Design, develop, and modify new modules, especially in Sales, Finance, HR management and operational workflows.
• Perform system administration and ongoing support.
• Test and deploy new developments across company environments and integrate them into existing systems.
• Support teams by implementing new functionality upon request (CRM, Pricing, Gmail connection, etc.).
• Manage connections with third-party systems to collect and process relevant data into Business Central.
• Provide consulting and recommendations to improve existing logic and expand the system in line with Fluent’s rapid growth.

What you will need

• 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, administration, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / MS Navision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Fast-learning mindset and ability to support team requests efficiently.
• Experience working with existing ERP/CRM and extending with new modules.
• English – Upper Intermediate / Advanced.

Advantage

• Background in the financial or project management industry.
• Hands-on experience with Business Central’s CRM and HR modules.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM processes gained within complex financial or banking projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Open-mindedness and flexibility.
