3+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) implementation, configuration, and customization using at least a couple of functionalities from Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights – both Cloud and On-premise 2+ years in MS PowerApps – design, build, and implement/integrate custom applications (ideally – both Model Driven and Canvas) based on MS Power Platform Experience in using different MS Azure services and understanding of integration aspects Proven projects experience in different industries (better – in large and long-term engagements) through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction Experience in developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies as they relate to Microsoft PowerApps/Dynamics implementations Experience with Power Automate (or Azure LogicApps) and Dynamics CRM Workflows. Understanding the principles of custom plugins for CRM Workflows Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (CI/CD) Git - experience with Git source control and branches Agile Software Development experience Fluent English, strong communication skillsTechnologies will be a plus:
MS PowerBI experience Basic skills in JavaScript Desktop flows (RPA) and DataFlows (PowerQuery for BI) Good cross-functional and technical knowledge and experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns Mix of hands-on experience in business applications implementation, architectural design, and strategic business acumen Experience in pre-sales, supporting the sales team in shaping deals, preparing estimates in enterprise customer opportunities Experience in assessing the feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power PlatformResponsibilities
