Досвід B2B-продажів
Досвід роботи зі складними продуктами
Досвід роботи з великими компаніями та C-level стейкхолдерами
Досвід аналізу та дослідження ринку
Уміння проведення презентації
Уміння ведення переговорів
Досвід розробки шаблонів і скриптів
Практичні навички закриття угод (closing skills)
Володіння методологіями продажів
Досвід проведення SaaS-демо
Знання SaaS-метрик (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn)
Володіння CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot або аналогічні)
Англійська на рівні - Intermediate
Грамотна мова

Would be a plus

Досвід роботи з HR Tech
Базове розуміння HR-процесів
Досвід роботи з міжнародними клієнтами
Англійська на рівні - Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

Ефективні та результативні B2B-продажі
Проведення value-based демо (онлайн-презентації для різних стейкхолдерів: HRD, CTO, CFO, CEO)
Закриття угод
Робота з запереченнями, використання методологій продажів
Ведення воронки продажів у CRM
Розробка та оптимізація скриптів і шаблонів листів
Співпраця з Customer Success у процесі передачі клієнтів після продажу
Апсейл та кросс-сейл діючих клієнтів
Аналітика своєї роботи (MRR, ARR, конверсії)
