Process Expert Manager
Purpose:
The BTS Finance Performance Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support the delivery of assigned project activities.
He/she is the point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinates with other IT teams on required activities to secure achieving needs.
He/she also provides expertise in his/her application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance).
Main areas of responsibility:
Project Management
Drives the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesign Provides estimate on costs, project resources planning and timelinesManages the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementationEnsure system integrity and performanceAssess master data and reporting requirements for key usersValidate the solution (get signoff)Ensures appropriate documentation is maintainedBusiness Consultancy
Acts as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality. Work proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area. Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirementsKnowledge management
Provides knowledge transfer and best practices to power- users through training in coordination with the training teamBeing the expert on the assigned areas, he/she coaches and helps the process/application analysts in the customization of the associated application modulesSupport the Change knowledge transfer :From the project team to the power usersFrom the external consultants to the BTS (documentation, training, etc.)He/she is responsible for working together both with the power user/business process owner on documenting the processes from a business perspective Working together with the project team and the process analyst on documenting the processes from a technical perspectivePeople management
Provide for the development of his/her direct report both technically and professionallyCommunication & AlignmentLiaises with team lead on current initiatives, provides all required information and documentation so that future support requirements are planned and efficiently organizedRequirements:
IT University Degree SAP Finance area, S4- FI and CO , BW, SAC and other Finance applicationsProven experience in business Financial and Planning and Analysis area related IT solutions (PA IBM and SAP)Experience in AI, RPA or Data scienceIn depth expertise of supported applications functionalities, application landscape and related business processesGood knowledge of other pillar/work stream business processes and system functionalitiesProject management skills and full awareness of quality assurance methodology (detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios) People management abilitiesGood communication and inter-personal skillsGood business understandingCapacity to listen the business, understand their needs and turn them into concrete solutions.Innovative and creativeAnalytical skillsAre you ready to join us?
