IWS PROCESS LEAD
The IWS Process Lead will be responsible for developing both the line team’s technical understanding and the mastery of process control to improve and optimize the production process in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and quality using Integrated Work System (IWS) methodology in the assigned work cell.
As the Process Lead, you will:
Manage daily production systems, including centerline, changeover, and change management.Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and proficiency in process control.Solve production line problems and act as the line expert for initial and unified problem-solving processes.Provide performance data analysis, including using the line’s data analytics tools, equipment data systems, and the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator’s suite of reliability data tools.Ensure the production line meets volume targets on timeRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or statistics.At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with 2 years as a process engineer.Fluent in EnglisExperience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guiding, coaching, and developing others through on-shop-floor interaction.What to expect
