Job Description - Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational “bottlenecks”. - Develop revenue forecasts, set & track OKRs & KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends. - Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance. - Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns. - Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. - Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. - Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in business/performance/investments/product or data analytics, focusing on business performance and strategy. - Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams. - Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders. - English proficiency is a plus , as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
