Currently, we are collaborating with client, a leading patient-centric healthcare technology company that connects pharmacies, payers, and pharmaceutical companies across the US through digital patient engagement and clinical pharmacy solutions. Their platform supports a network of more than 48,000 pharmacies and over 70 million patients, enabling medication therapy management, pharmacy workflow optimization, and improved patient adherence to treatment.
IF YOU ARE
Having at least 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in business analysisExperienced in the healthcare industry, with understanding of operational environment and challengesKnowledgeable in SDLC and requirements lifecycle managementSkilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, and change managementComfortable working with stakeholders, discovering needs, and identifying opportunities for transformation and scope expansionAnalytical and problem-solving, evaluating information from multiple sources and resolving conflictsSystemic, with strong research skills and fast learning ability, detail-oriented and results-focusedAdaptable to changing conditions and feedbackProactive in identifying client challenges and translating them into solution improvement opportunitiesCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment (at least upper-intermediate strong level)Aware of healthcare regulations, standards, and operational practices (is not a must)AND YOU WANT TO
