REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, or a similar commercial role within FMCG, Retail, or DistributionStrong understanding of trade marketing processes, promo mechanics, trade spend, budgeting, or revenue managementExperience collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, or Demand Planning teamsStrong analytical and communication skills; ability to speak the language of business stakeholders, including understanding KPIs, incentives, customer/channel specifics, P&L impact, and ROI of trade activitiesExperience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and documenting business processesUpper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teamsNice-to-have skills
Experience with TPM/RGM systems or FMCG commercial planning toolsKnowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, TPM, or RGM platformsUnderstanding of retail distribution, commercial planning cycles, and trade executionExperience with data models related to promotions, pricing, or customer hierarchiesRESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing commercial processes related to promo planning, budgeting, trade spend allocation, pricing, revenue management, etc.Facilitating workshops with business teams, gathering requirements, and documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processesPreparing business requirements and functional specifications for enhancements to planning systemsSupporting testing activities, conducting configuration reviews, and driving user adoption from a business perspectiveConducting demos, delivering user trainings, and providing ongoing business supportActing as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring aligned expectations, clarity of requirements, and high-quality delivery
