REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of senior-level experience in FMCG commercial functions such as Business Development, Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing/Trade Marketing, and Commercial/Sales AnalyticsDeep understanding and hands-on involvement in FMCG business processes: promotion planning & execution, trade spend management, forecasting, and demand planningWillingness to adapt to changes in technology and industry trends; ability to think outside the box and step outside the comfort zoneDemonstrated technical acumen with the ability to understand technology solutions and potential trade-offsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs and challenges into product valueProficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to develop and implement business strategiesStrong negotiation and partnership-building skillsUpper-intermediate or higher level of EnglishNice-to-have skills
Background in companies using TPM/TPO and SFA solutionsExperience participating in IT or tech-enabled digital transformation initiatives for commercial processesRESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting market and competitor analysis; collaborating with customers to generate, collect, and validate ideas for the product development/improvement roadmapParticipating in the creation and execution of company strategy: working with the management committee, preparing tactical plans, and building processesDeveloping ideas for new products (business plans, models, go-to-market strategies)Contributing to or leading product innovations: translating business ideas/needs into meaningful features and functionality, assessing product feature value and ROI, and monitoring development, release, and presale activitiesSupporting Sales & Marketing with product demos, communication materials, and customer engagement
