IF YOU ARE
A professional with 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysisExperienced in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its operational environment and challengesStrong in understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements lifecycle managementConfident with managing the requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, and change managementProficient in working with stakeholders, including engagement, needs discovery, and identification of opportunities for transformation and expansion of service scopeEffective as a team player, focused on results with keen attention to detailHaving excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and meeting facilitation skillsAccustomed to working with a geographically distributed teamCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment (at least upper-intermediate strong level)Knowledgable of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and operational practices (is not a must)AND YOU WANT TO
