IF YOU ARE
A Salesforce Administrator with 1+ years of hands-on experienceCertified as a Salesforce AdministratorFamiliar with Salesforce data structures, standard objects, and basic object relationships (Lookup and Master-Detail)Proficient in user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and permission setsSkilled in basic Salesforce configuration tasks such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record typesExperienced with basic data management, including importing/exporting records and maintaining data accuracyHave good communication skills to work with the clientCapable of maintaining business communication with a client in EnglishAND YOU WANT TO
Assist with user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and rolesProvide first-level support by resolving basic issues and handling Tier 1 casesContribute to user guides and documentation for Salesforce processes and configurationsConfigure page layouts, record types, and assignment rules to enhance the user experienceParticipate in implementing Salesforce configurations as directed by team leadersTOGETHER WE WILL
