Requirements:
3+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Design System
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using standard APIs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
Client: a globally recognized premium hospitality company managing more than 130 upscale hotels and resorts in close to 50 countries worldwide.
It’s a large-scale Salesforce environment within an international, distributed team. The work focuses on enterprise-level development, system optimization, and ongoing enhancements, offering the chance to collaborate with an established client and work alongside a diverse delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).
Stage: Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.
Entire Project team: 33 people. Solution Architect – 1, Tech Leads – 2, Salesforce Developers – 9, QA Lead – 1, QAs – 8, Admin Lead – 1, Admin – 1, SFMC Specialists – 3, BA Lead – 1, BAs – 4, PMs – 2.
The team you will be joining: you will join a smaller team created for a new client's initiative - currently consisting of 1 BA, 1 Dev, and 1 QA.
