UAB Kordula is a dynamically developing manufacturing company specializing in nicotine pouches/strips. We are expanding our production capabilities in Vilnius and looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely purchase and delivery of materials to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and place orders in advance.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers (Lithuania, Europe, China) and resolve any issues regarding quality or delivery terms.
• Search for new suppliers and alternative materials globally (experience with Chinese markets is a huge advantage).
• Handle invoices, contracts, and internal reporting in ERP/Excel systems.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain logistics.
• Languages:
• Lithuanian: Fluent (Required for local documentation).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher (Crucial for international communication).
• Russian: Conversational/Working level (Strong advantage for logistics communication).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
• Negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently (e.g., handling supplier delays or quality disputes).
