Major/Essential Functions
Responsible for clinic schedule maintenance and scheduling appointments.Prepares necessary paperwork before patient visits and receives patients.Check insurance verification and eligibility, answer phones, and maintain records.Process charges for clinic services and file claims.Respond to requests for information from patients and insurance companies.Maintain department files.Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years in a healthcare or dental clinic setting preferred.Experience in verifying insurance.Knowledge of patient management systems and EMR.Experience with answering multiple phone lines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.Pay Statement

Provide coverage for PSS roles at other clinics within the department across the Permian Basin, as well support the TTUHSC call Center.Required Qualifications
