Your future responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery activities across teams ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers and drive follow-up until closure
• Facilitate key delivery ceremonies and ensure proper preparation, documentation and follow-up actions
• Maintain delivery transparency: status tracking, reporting, workload, capacity and operational metrics
• Support release and change management activities (including production readiness and hotfix coordination)
• Coordinate post-mortems and ensure implementation of corrective actions
• Support compliance, audit and regulatory-related requests within delivery scope
• Ensure proper documentation, CMP updates and Jira flow alignment
• Coordinate access management and operational support activities to maintain team stability
• Identify and initiate process improvements, optimisation and automation opportunities

Your skills and experience:

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple parallel activities
• Strong time-management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proactive mindset with ability to follow up, escalate and close open items
• Experience coordinating tasks or processes
• Ability to work with reports, structured information and operational metrics

Will be a plus:

• Project management experience
• Understanding of IT processes (SDLC, Change Management, Release Management)
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall
