We are looking for a Junior Brand & Community Coordinator who’s excited about tech, software development and AI, loves working with people, and wants to grow in the world of developer communities.

You’ll be part of the Wix Engineering Brand Team that represents the company in the local tech ecosystem. You’ll help organize events, support our presence at conferences and meetups, assist internal speakers, and closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement across the community. This role is hands-on and operational, with lots of opportunities to learn from our brand professionals and the Wix culture.

What you’ll do

• Support community and brand activities across Ukraine among developers and other tech professionals.
• Help us develop and execute the community engagement plans such as meetups, workshops, company-hosted events, blogs, and social media content — from basic planning and logistics to promotion and follow-up.
• Identify, engage and support internal speakers for meetups, conferences, and other tech events.
• Partner with internal teams (Wix Engineering, Employer Brand, Ops, HR, and Communications) to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth task execution.
• Monitor the events, tech hubs, universities, local tech leaders, tech/AI trends and help spot relevant discussions externally to support our brand visibility.

• Early-career specialist in community management, events, social media, content, or brand engagement (inc. relevant internships/projects, tech student organizations).
• Genuine interest in the tech industry and developer culture — you’re curious about how things are built, how tech communities work, and what developers care about.
• Bold, persistent, and proactive personality — you follow up, drive things forward, and are not afraid to reach out to people, ask questions, and learn by doing.
• Strong people & team collaboration skills — you enjoy meeting new people, connecting them, and building relationships.
• Organized and reliable — you can juggle multiple tasks, keep track of details, and deliver on time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans can change and you need to adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian — clear, friendly, and confident in both written and spoken communication.
