We are looking for a Markets coordinator to Markets Team.

You are going to deal with:

• Support in coordination marketing events (search for suppliers, support during offline events, preparation of reports after events);  
• Monitoring of tenders and distribution the results to relevant colleagues; 
• Coordinate department's documentation flow, including expense claims;      
• Work with suppliers: work with invoices, acts;
• Control of the property of the Markets department, maintenance of order in the Markets closet, regular inventory;
• Plan internal team meetings and help make special moments memorable with thoughtful touches like birthday gifts.
• Jump into a variety of tasks and projects that keep the Markets department running smoothly and creatively.

What you'll contribute?

• A University degree;
• Computer skills: MS Office - advanced level;
• English - Intermediate.
