General objective:
The Grants and Partnership Coordinator plays a key role in developing and monitoring the partnership and financial strategy of the mission. He/she ensures interdepartmental coordination and provides strategic support to the mission on donor relations, project cycle management, management of international and local partnerships , external compliance, and donor accountability.
The Grants and Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for managing a Partnership Manager (national position), a Grants Manager (expatriate position) and a Reporting and Communication Officer (expatriate position). He/she will closely collaborate with the Country Director and Deputy Country Director for Programs.
The main challenges:
Completion of significant contracts and projects, with high stakes in terms of reporting and compliance. Significant challenges in project development and external coordination (donors, international NGOs, external partners, etc.). Operational implementation of the localization strategy (contract management, capacity-building, programmatic strategy). Definition of the - mission strategyPriorities for the 2/3 first months:
Further develop donors' intelligence Operationalize the partnership strategy with both Coordination and Base teams to incorporate local partners into each new project where applicable. Actively support the base on all grants management aspects.Security constraints:

Master degree in a relevant area Experience in the humanitarian sector : + 5 years Experience on a similar position : 3-4 yearsSKILLS

A salaried position:According to experience, starting from EUR gross per month ( base salary + 10% annual leave allowance paid monthly) and a monthly Per Diem of USD .
SI also covers accommodation costs and travel expenses between the expatriate's country of origin and the place of assignment.
Breaks: During the assignment, a system of alternation between work and time off is implemented at the rate of 7 working days every three months (with a USD break allowance, allocated by Sl). To these breaks periods, SI grants one additional rest day per month worked.
Insurance package: Expatriates benefit from an insurance package which refunds all healthcare expenses (including medical and surgical expenses, dental care and ophthalmological expenses, repatriation) and a welfare system including war risks. Essential vaccination and antimalarial treatment costs are refunded.
LIVING CONDITIONS:
Housing in guesthouses according to SI standards. To note that there are frequent electricity cuts due to Russian Forces targeted attacks on infrastructures.
