Обов’язки:

Ведення реєстру Замовників, обладнання та договорів.Підготовка документації та забезпечення її доставки Замовникам.Контроль своєчасного повернення документів.Контроль оплати замовниками виконаних робіт.Контроль дебіторської заборгованості, комунікація із Замовниками щодо недопущення / стягнення дебіторської заборгованості.Підготовка тендерної документації та проведення переговорів із Замовниками щодо пролонгації та зміни вартості контрактів.Підготовка договорів на ТО і ремонти.Організація документообігу: облік та зберігання листів, наказів, журналів та іншої документації, що відноситься до комерційної та виробничої діяльності відділення.

Вимоги:

повна середня освіта,впевнене знання Word, Excel.навички ведення переговорівготовність до виїздів на об'єкти замовниківнаявність прав буде перевагоюзнання англійської мови буде перевагоюдосвід роботи в 1С буде перевагою
