As a Senior Tax Consultant, your initial responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing tax legislation, accounting standards, court decisions, and official clarifications
• Preparing tax advice, tax review reports, and other tax-related deliverables
• Participating in client meetings and conference calls to provide expert insights
• Drafting proposals, contracts, and responses to clients’ requests
• Supervising and mentoring consultants throughout the completion of their assignments
• Assisting Managers with market development initiatives and activities

Requirements

• • In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and accounting principles
  • Degree in taxation, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and strong written English skills
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a tax function, preferably within a consulting firm or a Big 4 company
  • Demonstrated responsibility, goal orientation, and a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Friendly, confident, and detail-oriented approach
