Purpose of the job:

This role is responsible for leading Sales & Operations process in the Market and facilitation of the Demand Planning process, which results in Market Demand Plan being aligned and approved by Market Management team. Ensure long term Demand Forecast for the Market and review the Statistical forecast provided by the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and incorporate all information relevant to enrich it with the latest market events and new product launches. Collaborate with the Regional Customer Service and Global Supply Chain Category teams to execute market-specific actions.

Job description:

• Engage with the Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast.
• Ensure long term Demand Forecast for the Market with appropriate level of accuracy and provide Market intelligence into Statistical forecast.
• Review the Statistical forecast provided by the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and incorporate all information pertinent to enrich the statistical forecast with the latest market events and new product launches.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub to continuously improve the statistical forecasting model.
• Validate supply and demand presentation decks and reports provided by Synchronization Hub, and share those reports to the relevant market stakeholders.
• Analyze the impact of approved supply scenarios on Market demand plan and coordinate timely and proper reflection of changes.
• Facilitate Market deployment of strategic PMI initiatives in Supply Chain area.
• Provide different reporting connected to Demand Planning, Market commercial activities, S&OP, pricing, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related fields, Market research
• From 1 to 3 years’ experience in FMCG or other industries with exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Supply Chain Planning
• Working knowledge of SAP, knowledge of different forecasting solutions is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel user
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level (speaking and writing)
