We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales Team based in London. HCA UK’s corporate sales team manage over 1000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services and helping clients integrate access to our unmatched system of healthcare. The team also develop opportunities for new business and partnerships with intermediaries and third parties to provide a rich corporate proposition.
As a Corporate Sales Account Executive, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact on employee wellbeing. What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized corporate clients, ensuring delivery of Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Wellbeing services.Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (operations, clinical staff) and external stakeholders (clients, intermediaries, insurers).Drive account growth and development, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and strategic initiatives.Create tailored proposals and execute sales plans aligned with client needs.Oversee CRM and communication channels, responding to enquiries and managing renewals.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting HCA Healthcare UK in the market.Collaborate and share insights to support business growth and team performance.Contribute to projects and strategic input, shaping client-focused solutions.What you’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or operational roles with direct accountability for corporate clientsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and professionally alongside exceptional stakeholder relationship building abilities.Strong ability to build productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partnersAbility to identify issues and create or find solutions proactivelyComfortable working independently and managing issues/risks without constant supervisionAbility to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressureGood standard of education alongside relevant career experienceWhy HCA UK?
