About this opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to shape Endeavor Ukraine's brand presence and communications. This role combines strategic brand building with hands-on execution, amplifying our entrepreneurs' stories, strengthening our community, and positioning Endeavor as the premier platform for high-impact entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

What you'll do

Brand and Marketing (20%)

• Develop and execute Endeavor Ukraine's brand and marketing strategy and positioning

• Define and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework

• Create strategic communications plans aligned with organizational goals

• Position Endeavor as a thought leader in the Ukrainian entrepreneurial ecosystem

Content & Storytelling (25%)

• Create compelling content showcasing Endeavor and its entrepreneurs and their impact

• Develop case studies, success stories, and thought leadership pieces

• Oversee social media strategy and content direction (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

• Produce newsletters, blog posts, and multimedia content in collaboration with a copywriter

• Craft narratives that inspire entrepreneurs and attract ecosystem support

Public Relations & Media (20%)

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists (locally and internationally)

• Secure media coverage for Endeavor and portfolio entrepreneurs

• Manage PR strategy for major announcements and events

• Prepare press releases, media kits, and talking points

Campaign & Project Management (25%)

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key initiatives

• Lead special projects (launch of new formats, anniversary campaigns, etc.)

• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors

• Lead marketing and communications strategy & content for Endeavor events

Partnerships & Ecosystem Communications (10%)

• Support partnership development through compelling materials and presentations

• Communicate Endeavor's value proposition to potential partners and sponsors

• Collaborate with partner organizations on co-marketing initiatives

• Represent Endeavor at ecosystem events and conferences

What you bring

Mush-have

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand management

• Proven track record of building brand presence and executing successful campaigns

• Demonstrated experience in campaign and project management

• Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills

• Strong media relations experience with an established journalist network

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Ukrainian and English

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities

• Experience setting social media strategy and overseeing content direction

• Proficiency with content management systems and analytics tools

• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility

• Experience working with or within startup/tech ecosystems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in entrepreneurial, tech or ecosystem organizations

• Background or experience in multi-format content production

• Previous experience (e.g., volunteering) in non-profit or impact-driven organizations

• Existing relationships in Ukrainian tech/business media

• Experience managing external agencies or freelancers

• Familiarity with key tools (e.g., Figma, Mailchimp, Luma)

• Experience with YouTube as a channel and video formats
