We're seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to shape Endeavor Ukraine's brand presence and communications. This role combines strategic brand building with hands-on execution, amplifying our entrepreneurs' stories, strengthening our community, and positioning Endeavor as the premier platform for high-impact entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
About you:
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand management
Proven track record of building brand presence and executing successful campaigns
Demonstrated experience in campaign and project management
Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills
Strong media relations experience with established journalist network
Excellent written and verbal communication in Ukrainian and English
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities
Experience setting social media strategy and overseeing content direction
Proficiency with content management systems and analytics tools
Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility
Experience working with or within startup/tech ecosystems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in entrepreneurial/tech/ecosystem organizations
Background or experience in multi-format content production
Previous experience (eg volunteering) in non-profit or impact-driven organizations
Existing relationships in Ukrainian tech/business media
Experience managing external agencies or freelancers
Familiarity with key tools (e.g., Figma, Mailchimp, Luma)
Experience with Youtube as a channel and videoformats
What will you do:
Brand and Marketing (20%)
Develop and execute Endeavor Ukraine's brand and marketing strategy and positioning
Define and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework
Create strategic communications plans aligned with organizational goals
Position Endeavor as a thought leader in the Ukrainian entrepreneurial ecosystem
Content & Storytelling (25%)
Create compelling content showcasing Endeavor and its entrepreneurs and their impact
Develop case studies, success stories, and thought leadership pieces
Oversee social media strategy and content direction (
