В пошуку Business Development / Account Manager для нашого клієнта в IT секторі.

Українська ІТ-компанія з понад 10-річним досвідом у створенні цифрових рішень, яка працює на ринках 35+ країн. Спеціалізується на CRM/ERP, веб- і мобільній розробці. Компанія поєднує продуктовий, аутсорс- та аутстаф-підходи та прагне до стратегічного зростання, орієнтованого на реальні потреби клієнта. Саме зараз ми шукаємо людину, яка стане рушієм розвитку бізнесу на посаді Business Development / Account Manager .

Обовязки:

  • Продаж IT-послуг
    • Залучення нових клієнтів (у співпраці з SDR/маркетингом), проведення переговорів на рівні C-level, закриття угод.
    Управління клієнтськими відносинами
    • Побудова довгострокових партнерств, upselling, контроль задоволеності клієнтів, вирішення конфліктів.
    Контракти та комерційна документація
    • Формування оферів і пропозицій, контроль виконання умов контрактів, управління бюджетами проектів.
    Взаємодія з внутрішніми командами
    • Передача проєктів у розробку, узгодження строків, обсягів робіт і ресурсів із Tech Leads.
    Стратегічний розвиток бізнесу
    • Аналіз ринку та конкурентів, розширення каналів продажу, участь у конференціях та галузевих заходах.

Умови роботи:

  • Формат: гіг-контракт (офіційне працевлаштування)
  • ЗП: фіксована ставка 1500-2000 USD + бонусна система ( сумарно 4000-5000 USD/місяць ).
  • Графік: офіс, гнучкий початок робочого дня між 9:00-10:00.
  • Місце роботи: офіс поруч із м. Васильківська, Київ (укриття, Starlink, світло); є парковка
