We are looking for an experienced QA Lead, who will become a part of our talented team and will actively participate in our projects development and support.
You’ll focus on auditing and rebuilding processes, but once systems are running smoothly, you’ll spend roughly 80% of your time on day-to-day work (testing, automation) and 20% on team management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 1 year in a lead role (team of 6–8 people)Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, QA processes, and ability to organize an efficient QA process to ensure high product qualityProven experience in testing iOS/Android applications, web, API, UI/UX testingStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools (Postman, Burp or Charles), and QA automation frameworks/tools (Playwright, Selenium)Experience working with DB, preferably MongoDB (ability to independently modify data/properties for testing)Experience in writing comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports, etc.)English level: Upper-Intermediate or higherStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills, accountability, self-discipline, and a systematic approach to workWillingness to mentor team members and actively share knowledge within the teamNice to have:

Audit current QA processes, identify improvement areas, and provide strategic input to improve testing methodologies and toolsBuild and continuously improve an effective QA system and workflows to ensure product reliability, performance, and on‑time deliverySet up transparent communication processes between QA and other teamsLead and develop a team of 6 QA specialists (including mentoring and guiding less experienced team members)Build and improve the QA department, taking ownership of quality assurance processesLead technical meetups and discussions within the QA teamCollaborate with other QA engineers on day-to-day testing tasks, contributing as an active team memberActively participate in day-to-day testing tasks (web, mobile, API) - 80% of your timeActively participate in the automation process, utilizing your technical skills to drive improvements (Playwright, Selenium)We offer:
