We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive hiring excellence and lead our recruitment function. In this role, you will manage a team of recruiters and personally lead strategic hiring initiatives for production, engineering and R&D positions — ensuring we attract top talent to support next-generation innovation in the UAV domain.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
Define and execute hiring strategies for production, technical and R&D roles across the organization.
Partner with production, engineering, product, and R&D leadership to plan workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team performance.
Oversee end-to-end hiring for complex production and technical roles (Software, Embedded, Hardware, Systems, AI/ML, QA, and R&D).
Build sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels — LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, events, and partnerships.
Ensure high-quality candidate screening for technical competency, motivation, and cultural alignment.
Guide hiring teams to deliver a structured, efficient, and candidate-friendly interview process.
Monitor and optimize pipelines, metrics, and dashboards in the ATS.
Ensure consistency, transparency, and speed across all stages of recruitment.
Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration with HR and People Operations.
Drive employer branding efforts, including campaigns, events, and community engagement.
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including experience mentoring or leading recruiters.
Strong understanding of production and technical domains (software engineering, embedded systems, electronics, AI/ML, robotics).
Proven track record of hiring in fast-growing or innovative tech environments — ideally hardware, aviation, defense tech, or robotics.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Solid familiarity with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).
