Establish and maintain
production management standards, ensuring process efficiency and consistency across all art projects.
Supervise and manage Project Managers’ budgets, performance, and recruitment in cooperation with TA and Finance teams.
Oversee onboarding, education, and professional growth programs for Project Managers.
Ensure compliance with production quality standards: budgeting accuracy, clear communication, goal alignment, and effective capacity management.
Design, implement, and update
production management guides, templates, and best practices.
Create and supervise
escalation paths for production-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze performance review results and initiate improvements where needed.
Drive educational initiatives and continuous improvement based on assessment outcomes and market trends.
