Gameloft Ukraine is looking for an Art Game Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of art content for a high-profile mobile project developed in partnership with a globally recognized IP.

You’ll own the art production roadmap, from concepts and promotional materials to in-game assets, ensuring that all visuals meet the creative vision, licensor requirements, and Gameloft’s high-quality standards.

This role requires close collaboration with artists, designers, developers, marketing, and licensors to create content that supports both the gameplay experience and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the roadmap for art content—characters, environments, UI/UX elements, icons, and marketing visuals.
• Act as the main point of contact between artists, designers, developers, and licensors to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Ensure all art materials comply with IP guidelines, visual standards, and the overall creative vision.
• Improve and refine art production workflows to increase efficiency and quality at every stage.
• Oversee timelines, track deliverables, and communicate risks and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Work closely with brand partners to ensure assets meet external requirements while maintaining the game’s unique style.
• Partner with teams to deliver timely live updates and events with high-quality visuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Producer, Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry (mobile preferred).
• Proven experience leading art teams and coordinating between creative and technical departments.
• Strong understanding of art asset production (2D/3D, UI, marketing visuals).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in production tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Basecamp or similar).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on live games or regularly updated products.
• Understanding priorities and the impact of Live Ops support on art content (event assets, promotional visuals)
• Previous experience with licensed IPs.
• Background in art, design, animation, UI/UX, or VFX is a strong plus.
