Administrative worker

Job description:

• Provision of administrative support, search for business partners, communication with business partners, provision of administrative and technical support. eform.vote

You will be responsible for:

• Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
• Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
• Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Account Manager or Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
