Job Summary
Must have experience in document or administrative management. Renewable industry experience preferred in PV/BESS/Substation. Must be able to manage a high-volume workload and work in a team, . Tracking, maintaining, and scheduling of procured client and vendor documents. Maintain efficient workflow of vendor and client documents. Must be able to identify delays or issues that interfere in workflow processes and report to supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of engineering project electronic file structure received from clients and vendorsResponsible for the tracking and scheduling of procured client and vendor documentationResponsible for the creation and maintenance of document control reports and logs for required engineering projectsMaintain efficient workflow of vendor and client documents through the engineering internal review phase and return engineering comments to the vendors or to the project engineering team for further action, when applicableAbility to adapt to client document control systemsCreating and issuing project job books for all required projectsIdentify delays or issues that interfere with the workflow process and report to the Supervisor.Manage Saulsbury Engineering FTP site for required projectsRequirements:
One to three years related experience.Able to work and train in Odessa TX office.Minimum one year’s industry experience is preferred.Ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, and reach for extended periods of timeAbility to prioritize, demonstrate initiative, and handle the pressure of multiple project group document requirements with tactAttention to detail, accurateComputer literate and competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook requiredFamiliar with the types of equipment used in process plants – field or vendor experience a plusKnowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing & recordkeepingKnowledge of operation of standard office equipmentSolid communication skills, professional attitude, and works well and in harmony with othersSome overtime may be required with management approvalStrong organizational skills including alphabetization and numerical filingAbility to work independently and excellent time management skillsPhysical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
