About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful Executive Assistant to be the organizational backbone for our CEO and VP of Operations. This is a unique, high-impact role for someone who is not a typical EA. You will work at the center of the company, ensuring our incredibly passionate and work-focused executive duo can operate at maximum efficiency.

Your time will be split, with a primary focus on providing seamless, intuitive support for our CEO on both business and personal matters. You will partner closely with the VP of Ops, who will guide your professional responsibilities and fill your capacity with key operational and administrative projects. We are looking for someone with a unique "zest," a keen sense of style, and an appreciation for the unorthodox, who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Master the CEO’s Calendar and Inbox: Partner with the VP of Ops to intelligently manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, ensuring their time is protected and focused.
• Curate with Taste: Support the CEO's media presence and communications with a refined professional taste. Your keen eye for style will be critical in everything from choosing apartments and company swag to reviewing media assets.
• Execute Flawlessly: Handle a wide range of tasks with speed and precision, from complex international travel arrangements and contract management to personal administrative needs.
• Support Key Operations: Work with the VP of Ops on a variety of administrative and operational tasks, becoming the go-to person for getting things done across the team.
• Anticipate and Solve: Proactively identify and fix the "little things" before they become big problems, demonstrating ambition and a drive to learn and take on more.

About You

• Experienced & Agile: You have 3-5+ years of experience in a demanding EA or PA role supporting a dynamic founder or C-level executive ideally in the tech industry. You are used to a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• A Keen Sense of Style: You have impeccable taste and a natural interest in things like fashion, design, and media. You understand how to apply this to both professional and personal contexts.
• Uniquely You: You are not a formal, corporate type. You have a distinct personality, a curious approach to the world, and the ability to relate to an unorthodox and creative mindset.
