Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Administration Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Adding and maintaining candidate data in the database Managing GDPR consent and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Handling tasks related to the Internal Referral Program Collaborating with recruitment agencies and managing their referrals Working with Internal system in terms of vacancy opening process and related tasks Publishing job advertisements on the Ciklum career site and external job boards Overseeing the management of job advertisements, including ensuring accuracy, verifying posting validity, and monitoring expiration dates across all job boards Job slots utilization

Requirements

You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position You have good knowledge of written and spoken English You are self-driven and proactive person You are passionate about working with people and analytics PC advanced user (MS Office, GoogleDocs), Internet
